Aston Martin enters the real estate business with these incredible apartments in Miami – Aston Martin Residences

It seems that Aston Martin can not live alone with automobiles. First he was involved in the production of underwater vessels, and now in the real estate business.

The British manufacturer of luxury cars has acquired several acres of land in Miami where it now builds luxury apartments. The Aston Martin Residences building complex will have 391 units from one to four rooms, and will have up to eight penthouses.

Between floors 52 and 55 there will be everything that its occupants need so that they do not have to leave the building at all: gym, swimming pool, art galleries, luxury shops, two cinemas, hairdressers and more.

Of course the price is not for everyone! The cheapest apartment will cost €500,000 and the most expensive will cost €41 million ($47 million). The project will be completed in 2021.
